Overview
Our Returns and Exchange policy is a generous 60 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the paperwork you received with your purchase and your email address for contacting you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Goken Chainsaw returns, 319 Grey Street, Glen Innes NSW 2370.
We can provide a shipping label for you to print and attach to the return, you must put your order number, and your name and address in the sender field.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
